本ポリシーは、Akira Tezuka（以下「開発者」）が提供するすべてのiOSアプリ（歩数ウィジェット、Satellite View、および今後公開するアプリを含む。以下「本アプリ」）に共通で適用されます。
This policy applies to all iOS apps provided by Akira Tezuka (the "Developer"), including StepWidget, Satellite View, and apps released in the future (collectively, the "Apps").

1. 個人情報の収集について
- 開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。
- 本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。
- お問い合わせフォームからご連絡いただいた場合に限り、いただいた内容（および任意でご記入いただいた連絡先）を、回答のためにのみ利用します。
2. ヘルスケア（健康）データについて
一部のアプリ（歩数ウィジェット等）は、機能の提供のためにAppleの「ヘルスケア」から健康関連データ（歩数など）を読み取ります。
- 読み取りにはお客様の許可が必要で、iOSの「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア」からいつでも取り消せます。
- 読み取ったデータはお客様のデバイス内でのみ処理・保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- 健康関連データを、広告配信を含む第三者へ提供・共有すること、および広告・マーケティングの目的で利用することは一切ありません。
- アプリ内の書き出し（CSV等）機能は、お客様自身が操作したときにのみ、お客様が選んだ共有先へデータを渡します。開発者はその内容を受け取りません。
3. 広告について
本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示することがあります。AdMobは広告配信のために、広告識別子（IDFA）やIPアドレス等のデバイス情報を収集する場合があります。
- iOSの「Appにトラッキングしないように要求」を選択した場合、パーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。
- 前項のヘルスケアデータが広告配信に使われることはありません。

- アプリ内課金「広告非表示」をご購入いただくと、広告は表示されなくなります。
4. アプリ内課金について
課金処理はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われ、開発者がお客様の支払い情報にアクセスすることはありません。
5. 第三者への提供について
開発者は、前記の広告事業者（Google）が広告配信のために取得する情報を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ提供・販売しません。ただし、法令に基づく開示要請があった場合はこの限りではありません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
7. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更やアプリの改善に応じて改定されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。

1. Information We Collect
- The Developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
- No account is required to use the Apps.
- Only when you contact us through the inquiry form, we use your message (and any contact details you choose to provide) solely to respond to you.
2. Health Data
Some Apps (such as StepWidget) read health-related data (e.g., step count) from Apple Health to provide their features.
- This read access requires your permission and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
- The data is processed and stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Developer's servers.
- Health-related data is never sold, shared, or provided to any third party, including advertising networks, and is never used for advertising or marketing.
- Any export feature (e.g., CSV) shares data only when you initiate it, to a destination you choose. The Developer does not receive that data.
3. Advertising
The Apps may display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA) and IP address for ad delivery.
- If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," only non-personalized ads will be shown.
- The health data described above is never used for ad delivery.

- Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase removes all ads.
4. In-App Purchases
All payments are processed by Apple's App Store. The Developer never has access to your payment information.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not sell or provide collected information to third parties, except for the information obtained by the advertising provider (Google) for ad delivery. This does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
6. Children's Privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated in response to legal changes or app improvements. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
