本ポリシーは、Akira Tezuka（以下「開発者」）が提供するすべてのアプリ（iOS版・Android版。歩数ウィジェット、Satellite View、および今後公開するアプリを含む。以下「本アプリ」）に共通で適用されます。

1. 個人情報の収集について
- 開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。
- 本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。
- お問い合わせフォームからご連絡いただいた場合に限り、いただいた内容（および任意でご記入いただいた連絡先）を、回答のためにのみ利用します。
2. ヘルスケア（健康）データについて
一部のアプリ（歩数ウィジェット等）は、機能の提供のために健康関連データ（歩数など）を読み取ります。読み取り元はiOS版がAppleの「ヘルスケア」、Android版がGoogleの「ヘルスコネクト」または端末の歩数センサーです。
- 読み取りにはお客様の許可が必要で、iOSは「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア」、Androidは「ヘルスコネクト」アプリまたは「設定 > セキュリティとプライバシー > プライバシー > 権限マネージャ」からいつでも取り消せます。
- 読み取ったデータはお客様のデバイス内でのみ処理・保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- 健康関連データを、広告配信を含む第三者へ提供・共有すること、および広告・マーケティングの目的で利用することは一切ありません。
- アプリ内の書き出し（CSV等）機能は、お客様自身が操作したときにのみ、お客様が選んだ共有先へデータを渡します。開発者はその内容を受け取りません。
3. 広告について
本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示することがあります。AdMobは広告配信のために、広告識別子（iOSのIDFA、Androidの広告ID）やIPアドレス等のデバイス情報を収集する場合があります。
- iOSで「Appにトラッキングしないように要求」を選択した場合、パーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。Androidでは「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」から広告IDを削除でき、その場合も同様です。
- EEA・英国・スイスでは、アプリの初回起動時に表示される同意画面でパーソナライズ広告の可否を選択できます。
- 前項のヘルスケアデータが広告配信に使われることはありません。

- アプリ内課金「広告非表示」をご購入いただくと、広告は表示されなくなります。
4. アプリ内課金について
課金処理はiOS版がAppleのApp Store、Android版がGoogle Playを通じて行われ、開発者がお客様の支払い情報にアクセスすることはありません。
5. 公開データの取得と通知について
一部のアプリ（Satellite View、宇宙イベントの速報アプリ等）は、機能の提供のために公的機関・研究機関が公開しているデータを取得します。取得先の例: NASA、LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA、CDS（ストラスブール天文データセンター）。
- 取得はお客様の端末から直接行われ、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。取得先には通信に伴うIPアドレスとアプリ名が伝わります。
- 取得したデータは端末内に保存され、アプリの設定画面からいつでも削除できます。
- 新着のお知らせは端末内で作成される通知（ローカル通知）です。プッシュ通知サーバーは使用せず、通知用の識別子（デバイストークン）を開発者や第三者へ送信することはありません。
- 通知はいつでもアプリの設定またはiOS/Androidの設定からオフにできます。
6. 第三者への提供について
開発者は、前記の広告事業者（Google）が広告配信のために取得する情報を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ提供・販売しません。ただし、法令に基づく開示要請があった場合はこの限りではありません。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更やアプリの改善に応じて改定されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。

1. Information We Collect
- The Developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
- No account is required to use the Apps.
- Only when you contact us through the inquiry form, we use your message (and any contact details you choose to provide) solely to respond to you.
2. Health Data
Some Apps (such as StepWidget) read health-related data (e.g., step count) to provide their features — from Apple Health on iOS, and from Google Health Connect or the device step sensor on Android.
- This read access requires your permission and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health, or on Android in the Health Connect app or Settings > Security & privacy > Privacy > Permission manager.
- The data is processed and stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Developer's servers.
- Health-related data is never sold, shared, or provided to any third party, including advertising networks, and is never used for advertising or marketing.
- Any export feature (e.g., CSV) shares data only when you initiate it, to a destination you choose. The Developer does not receive that data.
3. Advertising
The Apps may display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and IP address for ad delivery.
- If you choose "Ask App Not to Track" on iOS, only non-personalized ads will be shown. On Android you can delete your Advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads, with the same effect.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a consent screen shown on first launch lets you choose whether to allow personalized ads.
- The health data described above is never used for ad delivery.

- Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase removes all ads.
4. In-App Purchases
All payments are processed by Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The Developer never has access to your payment information.
5. Public Data and Notifications
Some Apps (such as Satellite View and apps that report astronomical events) retrieve data published by public agencies and research institutions. Examples of sources: NASA, LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA, and CDS (Strasbourg Astronomical Data Center).
- Requests are made directly from your device and do not pass through the Developer's servers. The source receives the IP address and application name that accompany the request.
- Retrieved data is stored on your device and can be deleted at any time from the app's settings screen.
- New-event alerts are local notifications created on your device. No push notification server is used, and no notification identifier (device token) is sent to the Developer or any third party.
- Notifications can be turned off at any time from the app's settings or from your iOS/Android settings.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not sell or provide collected information to third parties, except for the information obtained by the advertising provider (Google) for ad delivery. This does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated in response to legal changes or app improvements. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
